Store Policies

Shipping

Your merchandise will be shipped using United Parcel Service. We will ship UPS Ground unless otherwise specified… UPS 2-day, UPS 3-day, Standard Overnight. In most cases, merchandise ships within 3 days once the order is placed. In the event that a backorder occurs, you will be notified via email. Packages cannot be sent to P.O. Boxes. DOMESTIC SHIPPING ONLY! We do not ship international yet!

Domestic Shipping Fees:
.01 to 50.00= $7
50.01 to 100.00= $9
100.01 to 150.00= $11
150.01 to 200.00= $13
200.01 and up= Free

One-of-a-Kind Items

We offer some unique items that are one-of-a kind pieces. Please note that during the check-out process, these items may still appear to be available for purchase, yet have already sold. In the case that you purchase a one-of-a-kind item that has already sold, we will contact you immediately to let you know and offer you another item, or grant you a refund. Thank you for understanding!

Payment Methods

We currently accept Mastercard, Visa and PayPal. Contact us to pay directly without using PayPal.

Sales Tax

Shipments to addresses within the state of Illinois are charged applicable sales tax. Shipments to addresses outside of Illinois are not charged sales tax.

Return/Exchange Policy

Returns are accepted on all items (except custom orders) within 14 days of receipt for store/website credit or exchange. We do not give refunds. All returned items must include original packaging materials and the merchandise must be in unused, saleable condition. The original merchandise receipt must be included with return. We do not reimburse shipping charges to or from Willow. All returns must be pre-authorized. Please email us at returns (at) shopwillow.net to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Willow reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns and returns received after 14 days.

Damaged Items

Please notify us immediately if any part of your order arrives damaged. Keep the original box and packing material with the damaged item, in case we need to have it picked up for inspection by the carrier. We will ship out a replacement if available or credit the amount of the damaged item.

Privacy Policy

Willow Home & Body LLC will never sell, loan, rent, trade or give away your name, email address, home or business address or personal information to any third party.
Willow may use your email address and telephone number to communicate about your current order. We use our mailing list addresses to let our customers know about upcoming events, sales and other exciting news about Willow. If at any time you would like to be removed from our mailing list, please send us an email to happenings (at) shopwillow.net requesting to be removed from our mailing list.
